Is my purchase secure and confidential?

YES, we are covered by the Data Protection Act to ensure all of our customers confidentiality and make sure that all of your details remain secure.

Our opening times for dispatch and phone support are as follows :

Please note our offices are closed on bank holidays however our webshop is open and accepting orders 24/7, 365 Days a year.

I have seen your item elsewhere? Why should I buy yours?

There are lots of different units out there and just because it looks the same does not mean the internals are, we get our units direct from the official manufacturers where others may be selling cheap copies with sub par parts, couple this with our excellent customer service and 1 year warranty as standard on all products you can rest easy knowing that you are in safe hands with us. Do you keep any of my details?

We keep copies of your order for our records including your address and email however we do not retain any payment details in our system. 

Is there a warranty on your products?

YES, all of our products come with a 1 year warranty, if you have an accident with your item or it becomes damaged in any way simply get in touch wtih us as 90% of the time we can solve most issues over the phone but if we are unable to do that then we can replace your unit. We want to make sure you are satisfied. 

What is your refund Policy?

We offer a 30 day no quibble return policy, if the item is not suitable for your needs or you simply just don't like it then send it back to us in original condition with all the parts for a full refund with no questions asked!

Do you offer discounts if I bulk purchase a few trackers at a time?

What are your delivery options?

We offer a variety of shipping options and we aim to dispatch all items same day if we receive the order before 3PM Mon-Fri, orders received after 3PM will be shipped the next working day. 
  • FREE 2nd class signed for with Royal Mail on all orders. (3-5 working days delivery)
  • £5.50 1st class signed for with Royal Mail avalible on all orders under £100. (1 - 2 working days delivery)
  • £10.00 Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery ( If ordered before 4pm )
  • £20.00 Saturday Guaranteed, if you order before 4PM Friday. (Saturday Delivery UK Only)
  • £7.00 Overseas worldwide Delivery.  (Estimated 5-7 Working Days depending on delivery country)
  • £30.00 Fedex Worldwide Priority**.  (1-2 Working days in Europe and up to 4 working days worldwide)
**Please note that in some cases we may not be able to send with Fedex, in the event of this happening we will use the next avaliable courier such as DHL,DPD or TNT.

When will my order be dispatched?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders same day providing they are ordered before 3PM Monday-Friday, If you order after this time then your item will be dispatched first thing the next working day.   Click Here To View Our Full Range of Products, during extremely busy periods such as the run up to Christmas and Black Friday/Cyber Monday the cutoff may be earlier to ensure we can dispatch as many orders as possible.
