Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your Back2you products.

When you buy online it is not always easy to see what you are buying. When you buy online in the UK you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. We think this may not quite be long enough for you to evaluate the products we sell so we extend this to 30 days.

We want you to be 100% happy with your tracker. If you need help getting up and running give us a call and we can help you get your tracker doing just what you need it to do. All our products have a 12 month guarantee. In addition to this we are happy to give you a full refund if you do not like your tracker just return it in the original packaging withing 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Products should ideally be returned in the original packaging, in a resalable condition, but we understand if this isn’t always possible.
